What is a Rule of Life?
The "Rule of Life" is an ancient practice recast for today. A person, family, or community creates and commits to a framework—a Rule of Life—that describes how we want to live our lives. You can think of it as "house rules" for your own spiritual life. A "Rule of Life" is created through prayer, discerning God's direction, and often by completing some simple guided exercises. Our Rule of Life then becomes a personalized path for growth as we follow Jesus. Stay tuned for more resources and details.
