Receive Care and Prayer

National Community Church is here to support you and help you grow closer to Jesus through the inevitable challenges of life. We provide support, care, and recovery groups as well as individual pastoral care, prayer ministry appointments, and Christian counselor recommendations.

We are dedicated to providing you with support, guidance, education, and prayer as you encounter various life challenges and seek to grow spiritually, emotionally, and relationally.

Please note: Many of these options are also available via phone or video chat.

• One-on-One Care

One-on-one care opportunities

NCC provides several avenues of support, guidance, education, and prayer.

To request a prayer ministry appointment, pastoral care appointment, or counselor recommendation, please fill out the following form:

• Prayer Opportunities

NCC offers several opportunities to receive prayer.

  • One-on-One Prayer Appointments – Meet with an NCC pastor or prayer partner, an experienced and trained layperson. Fill out this form to register.
  • Sozo Prayer Appointments – For inner healing and deliverance, consider a Sozo prayer session: it’s a Spirit-led, effective 2-hour interactive conversation with God through trained prayer ministers, focusing on root issues hindering your connection with God or others. It’s not counseling and is completely confidential. Please email [email protected] to register.
  • NCC Services – To receive prayer after Sunday services or at House of Prayer, look for the trained members of our Prayer Team, who will pray with you on the spot. If you’re watching our services at live.national.cc, you can request prayer during the service in the chat and a trained Prayer Team member will pray with you.
  • Prayer Requests – If you would like to submit a prayer request for our staff and prayer teams to pray over, please use this form.
