Rick, a suburban Chicago native, is a devoted fan of the city’s sports teams—through every season. He graduated from Norwich University and went on to serve in the U.S. Army. Following active-duty, Rick built a diverse career, working for a soup company, 2 major retail chains, and a management consulting firm before transitioning into executive recruiting. Along the way, he added church planter to that list of roles for New Season Community Church, a Dream Collective network church.
Rick holds a B.S. in Mathematics and an MBA from Norwich University, as well as a Master of Divinity from Regent University. He is also a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Above all, Rick treasures his most important role: being husband to Nia and father to six adult children.
