Born in Colorado to two military parents, Ashlei moved to the DMV area so long ago that she’s basically a native of the area. Having a background in Psychology she spent many years in education and coached HS & Club Volleyball. After several prayers to find a way to merge her love of the next generation & their development with her faith. Having attended NCC since 2018, she was blessed to find a role on staff working with kids & their families. Her passion for this next generation’s faith foundation drives her to make every Sunday & each interaction a special one for kids, families, and her amazing volunteers!

When she’s not at work, you can find her trying out new recipes, making travel plans, reading books, and doing car karaoke!
