DC Campus Parking
We know DC traffic and parking can be a challenge if you’re new to the area. But we promise: you can do it, and it’ll be worth it! We recommend you plan to arrive 20 minutes before the service starts to give yourself plenty of time to park and get situated.
On Sundays, watch for our parking team and they’ll help you. Our building is an entire city block so while the address in M St SE, the building entrances are on 7th St and L St SE.

NCC parking lot
We do have some attended free parking (first come, first served) in the lot at 7th St and Virginia Ave.
Public parking
If you don’t get a spot, there is quite a bit of free parking close by:
- Parking lot underneath the highway on 8th Street SE (in between I street & Virginia Avenue; free on Sundays)
- Street parking on L St SE, 7th St SE, and 8th St SE is free on Sundays.
Driving directions
From the Highway
We are just a few blocks from I-695. From I-395, exit onto I-695 east. Exit I-695 at the “6th St SE” exit . Use the right lane to merge onto Virginia Ave SE. Turn right onto 7th St SE. Watch for our welcome flags and parking team.
From Northwest DC or Capitol Hill
Go to Pennsylvania Avenue SE and turn south on 7th St SE.
Capital Turnaround is just south of the highway between L St and M St SE.
Important note to DC Visitors!
When following directions in DC, double-check the quadrant so you don’t end up on the other side of town! The DC map is a grid of four quadrants, with the Capitol as the focal point. Consequently, every street is either NW, SW, NE, or SE of the capitol. Capital Turnaround is in the SE quadrant of the city.
