Groups

Grow genuine friendships and grow in your faith in a group. We run on a semester system, so you have opportunities throughout the year to explore new groups.

Find warm community and grow in your faith.

All kinds of groups for all kinds of people.

Here at NCC, we run our groups on a semester system: Every February, June, and September, you’ll have the opportunity to explore a new group. Here are the kinds of groups we offer. Explore them all here.

Active / Fitness

Hiking, cycling, and more.

Marriage/Family Groups

Strengthen your marriage and journey with other couples looking to do the same.

Care and Support Groups

We offer Celebrate Recovery weekly as well as semester-based support groups on various topics. Learn more here.

Bible/Book Study Groups

Some of these groups study and discuss the Bible or another book together, while others focus on discussing the weekend message.

Core Discipleship Groups

We encourage every NCCer to engage with our core groups, which explore foundations of faith and discipleship. Learn more here.

Interest/Activity Groups

You name it, and an NCCer has probably thought of it. We’ve offered everything from Crochet Love, Christian Business groups, Teacher Support Groups, and Game Night Groups.

Service/Missions Groups

These groups serve together on mission in our communities and with our global missions partners. Learn more about NCC Missions here.

Young Adults

For those ages 18-35, young adult groups offer a healthy community where you can grow in faith and make lifelong friends.

Can’t decide what group to join?

Contact a group director and they’ll help you choose.

We’ll help pay for the care of your child so you can attend a small group.

To help parents with children participate in groups, NCC will reimburse you up to $30 per week for your child care expenses paid while you attend a group.
Parents must be attending a group registered with NCC to be eligible.
(NCC only reimburses parents; NCC does not select, hire, or pay babysitters and does not provide IRS Form 1099 to either parents or babysitters.)

Reimbursement is made at NCC’s sole discretion and may be discontinued at any time. Questions? Ask your group leader.

If you’re new to faith or church, start here.

Welcome home. No matter where you’ve been or where you’re going, there’s a place for you at National Community Church. When you’re here, it’s our hope that you feel seen, heard, and loved. It’s also important to be equipped for your lifelong journey with Jesus. One of the best ways to do that is by joining one of our core groups. During these short-term groups, you can explore faith together with others on the same path.

If God gives you a dream for a group, we want you to share it with us.

Many NCC groups are birthed out of the dreams of NCCers. To that end, we’ve set up a free market system where you can pitch your idea for a group. If it’s approved, we’ll train and equip you to lead it. There are few things more fun and fulfilling than exploring your interests and passions with others who share them. Make friends, make disciples, and make a difference!
