  • Celebrate Recovery
    A Christian 12-step program for all hurts, habits, and hang-ups, including disordered eating. NCC’s Celebrate Recovery meets at the Capital Turnaround at 6:30pm Thursdays.  Other CR programs meet in the DC area, as well around the country and the world.  Use the CR Locator to find one near you.
  • Faith-Based Support Groups from Rock Recovery
    Nationwide faith support services and support groups for deep healing and restoration because mental health and spiritual health can go hand-in-hand. All of their faith-based support groups are offered virtually regardless of where you live to individuals 14+.
  • Free Eating Disorder and Mental Health Support Groups by Center for Discovery
    Free online support groups for anyone who has been impacted by an eating disorder or mental health. 
  • Online Support Groups by ANAD
    ANAD’s longest serving program is its eating disorder, self-help support groups. Groups are free, confidential and open to anyone 18 or older struggling with an eating disorder. 
  • Set Free: Faith-based Eating Disorder Support Group by Rock Recovery
    This is a 60-minute virtual support group is designed to provide a space for individuals seeking recovery from an eating disorder to process their faith and how it relates to the recovery process.  The group meets virtually each week via Zoom from 7:30 – 8:30 AM.
